Its been ages since i last posted. It is roughly the final 2 weeks of my student life. The big 10 units project is finally done and dusted. Thank God.
I had the project presentation this past Monday. A lot of thoughts ran through my mind preceding that day. Main reason is I have not done any presentations yet this semester. I thought I would be real rusty and would have trouble calming my nerves. Basically a ton of negative thoughts accompanied me days preceding that Monday.
However, I survived thus, I can pretty much sum the conclusion up that my brain has the tendency to exaggerate negative thoughts pretty badly. I don't know. How about yours? hahaha..
Anyways, a MAJOR phase(Student) of my life is coming to an end. Now, its time to face the REAL world I guess. On one hand, I am actually quite excited. Why?
- At last I can do what I want(hopefully) to do.
- It'll be the time when stuff I do will directly impact the society. Studying never offers you that.
- You get to earn your own money.
- Only 2 weeks of leave per year! Its a far cry from what uni students have, which is about 4 to 4 and 1/2 months of free time.
- Waking up early! 9 to 5. Damn the long days. LOL. If I were to work in a demanding workplace, I'd even work later. Never mind that, compare the 9 to 5 with a uni's student daily life. We NEVER have 9 to 5 classes. Most classes start late. Days finish earlier.
And another random thing , my left ankle started to hurt again after a light workout I had just now. Crap. Its been about half a year since I sprained it. It took ages to heal at first. 2 months I think! In comparison to Rooney, who sprained his ankle but healed in 5 days! What's more, until today, this damn ankle still 'complains' once in a while. It is really frustrating!
